Shipping and Customs Information

All our orders are shipped using Royal Mail. We aim to post items within two working days of receiving your order. UK delivery times are typically next working day and special delivery is next working day by 1:00pm.
For international orders delivery times vary from country to country. Typical times are 7-10 working days, however, these are not guaranteed and in some countries there can be delays due to customs clearance.

Please note that international orders may be subject to Customs and VAT charges.

We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT on our products or services. In some cases (e.g. within the EU) your country may charge VAT on incoming goods in which case you will need to pay this directly to your customs office or postal service who may also charge an administration fee.

All international orders are sent with a "CN22" or "CN23" customs label declaring the value of the goods. Our experience is that repair kits often do not attract any customs duty but If duty is charged then you will be liable for this cost. Kits dispatched to the EU are not subject to customs duty but will be liable for VAT.

Please note that this advice is given in good faith but we are not customs specialists and would urge you to check with your local customs office if you need confirmation of customs charges.
