*Clocks4lassics now produce a UniTacho12 kit with bespoke upgrades to make it suitable for 12 cylinder engines.

Will the repaired tacho be compatible with my car's ignition system?

The UniTacho repair kit is compatible with contact breakers and with most electronic ignition systems including Accuspark, Powerspark, 123 Ignition and High Energy (HEI). It is not designed for use with CDI or multispark systems, however, many of these systems have a tacho output signal which can be used.
