Shipping and Returns Information

Shipping

All our orders are shipped using Royal Mail with shipping cost calculated at checkout. We aim to post items within two working days of receiving your order.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery is typically next working day) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivered next working day by 1:00pm.)

INTERNATIONAL orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service. Delivery times vary from country to country but are typically 7-10 working days, however, these are not guaranteed and in some countries there can be delays due to customs clearance. International orders may be subject to Import tariffs, Customs and VAT charges. Where possible these will be applied automatically and itemised at checkout, if not, you will need to pay these costs directly to your customs office or postal service who may also charge an administration fee. All international orders are sent with a "CN22" or "CN23" customs label declaring the value of the goods.

Please note that this advice is given in good faith but we are not customs specialists and would urge you to check with your local customs office if you need confirmation of customs charges.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Goods returned must be in their original, undamaged, and unused condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In all other cases you will be responsible for return postage costs. We will action your refund within five days of us receiving your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as used for your original purchase.
